Harlow is not my usual branch but I have most definitely changed!!A complete pleasure to meet staff member Loretta!!!! I can't praise her enough noting was to much trouble everything was explained fully to me and chatting to her was like I was chatting to an old friend. Her customer service skills are first class.Well done Loretta and thanks so much for making my day ??

yes I would recommend everything in The Harvey Centre Harlow EXCEPT THE BARBERS IN THE MIDDLE BY THE GLASS LIFT SON GOT HIS HAIR DONE TODAY AND IT WAS SHOCKING IT WAS LIKE STEVIE WONDER HAD CUT IT GAVE MY SON A COMB OVER WHICH STARTS AT HIS EAR AND IT FINISHES WITH A WONKY LINE THE OTHER SIDE WASTE OF MONEY DONT USE THEM.

I VISIT TODAY AND WAS SO SHOCKED YO STILL HAVE TO PAY FOR PARKING. ALL OTHER CAR PARKS ARE FREE AT THE MOMENT. I FIND THIS SUCH A LET DOWN MY THESE GUYS IN THE HARD TIMES THAT ARE GOING ON AT THE MINUTE ?

In general , I like it, but the sooner the new awful shop called Our House. which is where bhs was, closes down, the better . Itâ??s awful! Even another pound shop would have been a better option .
