Bought a couple of globes but the girl at the counter was very unhelpful even though i provided the exact part number. All she was interested in was the Rego which doesnt work for Motorhomes.

Great service and good quality parts

Staff just stare at you from the office when you walk into the shop. A real reluctance to serve quickly. They sold us a battery that was the wrong size ( we wouldn't know until we had it connected and used it for a few weeks) was told a mechanic would know it was the wrong size ( so if you're not a mechanic theyre ok with selling you the wrong fit.. strange logic) so basically, do not trust the staff's knowledge as none are mechanics and they're hoping you're not one either and if you need to he served on a Thursday... make sure you're in the queue by Tuesday to get served on time.

Terrible experience went in on a Saturday the guy who works the behind the counter is as unhappy as a baby when they get there candy taking away and the girl chats absolutely rubbish bought something from another store to return and she said we can?t take it you have to go to the original store but I took something back from the Harlow branch to the Cambridge one they done it without a doubt terrible place reslly put me off going here now to be honest the guy looked like Howard jones gone down hill
