Service at tills is usually very good, but today there was only young man on tills and queues were well Into shop floor area. Very disappointing and no extra support to help clear queue.

This has to be my favourite Dunelm. Staff are so approachable, knowledgeable and look like they want to help you with any questions. Makes you want to return.

Came to get beddings for my 15 year old boy and girl twins. Had no clue what to get.
Eminae, was sooo helpful and basically did all the shopping?s for me (which I hate doing).
My kids were very happy with the stylish and comfy choices Eminae made.
I don?t have to return and change anything and my daughter hasn?t shouted at me which was lovely?
Top service and if you want good quality you can easily find it. Thanks!

Friendly and helpful staff and I love the items they have on display. Whoever does their buying is doing a great job as what they are selling has improved greatly over the years. They are now simply the best for certain items. For example their range of rugs on display is truly incredible.
