Warm and welcoming on arriving to seek double mattress.
Offer refreshments whilst searching in store. Mum able to use store toilet and set alarm off. Staff supportive with elderly mum who accidentally trigger alarm off.
Plenty to mattresses to choose.
No problems with ordering, including being offered additional extras I.e removal if old bed/mattress.

Been here a few years back and had good service, no pressure selling but didn't make a purchase. We came back this weekend and had great service again and found the ideal mattress. Decent choice of beds in-store, Tony was great to deal with. 100% recommend this branch. Can't wait for delivery day!

Came in 15 mins before their closing time and was assisted by a nice young guy, not sure of his name, but did a great job, I knew exactly what I was after - he knew his range very well. Closed the sale in 10 mins for £1,5k! Great job ?

Matthew was very helpful when assisting us during our visit to the store to purchase a new mattress. He matched us to recommended mattresses using their sleep technology & we found our mattress! We got a great deal & were very happy with the service we received from Matthew. Would definitely recommend anyone to use dreams!

Had wonderful service from Jessica, she talked me through the bed measurements, bit of a strange feeling. But all good.
With the results I had 3 mattress to choose from,Jessica explained the differences between them. So it helped me to choose the best one for me.

On entering the store I was able to browse without being hassled. Once I'd chosen my item I was served by Tony. He was very efficient and professional and explained the different materials and colours available. He went through my order meticulously and explained the procedures in my purchase. With a cup of coffee as well in hand a very pleasant experience at Dreams. A special thank you to Tony for his assistance.

We went to Dreams Sunday to buy new mattress we was helped by sales assistant his name is Tony he was very helpful, polite and new job very well , he offered us a cup of tea we went on the bed that tells you what mattress is good for you witch was very good did not take Tony any time at all to find us the right one. Tony was very nice man and would recommend family and friends to go to Dreams for new bed ect and ask for Tony.
