Buy smart phone on recipe shows 2 day delivery time, after 2 days call because didn't receive any information was told to wait 3-5 working days, after 7 day I get it finally 3 ? only could be better service/information.

I was advised by Rayan, he was excellent, he gave me all the advice i needed , thumbs down to his manager Mishal who in a very condescending tone told me i chose a slow laptop and i wouldn't be able to return it if anything went wrong with it , Im pretty aure that goes against every consumer law there is, so I had to get him to record that on my phone in case i needed proof of that. So i was left a bit concerned.

Very helpful customer service, better to go later on in the day though as early on with more customers could have a bit of a long wait for help otherwise. But, very informative and will always try get the best price.

Visited Currys Harlow to find out about a 70/30 integrated Fridge Freezer. Very impressed with the initial willingness to help by the staff and in finding someone who could assist. Didn't have an appropriate one in store but soon located options online. We were able to select a suitable item online and concluded a purchase with ease for ideal delivery date.
Special mention to the 2 gentlemen, John and Ben who delivered and fitted the fridge freezer on time and with care. Really appreciated the way they respected our property, very careful not to mark the flooring, or walls in installing the new and removing the old item and all round politeness and courtesy. In brief, 10 out of 10 for service. Big thank you to both !!

Today(6/7/25) I visited Currys Harlow to collect a refrigerator and was assisted by Adil, who is currently in training. We experienced excellent customer service from him?not just with us, but also with the customer before us, whom he served equally well. It was clear he was making a genuine effort to put a smile on every customer?s face. I hope he continues to do well in his training and goes on to provide the same high standard of service in the future.

I went into the Currys store in Harlow to purchase a new phone. I had returned from a holiday in Turkey with a water-damaged iPhone 14 Pro Max. The store representative, Lewis, helped me with my request and explained how I could retrieve my data and information. Thank you, Lewis; you were phenomenal.

I had a great experience at Curry's in the Harlow branch! The customer service was outstanding (specialy Robert), the staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and patient throughout my visits. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I found exactly what I needed. It's so refreshing to receive such genuine and attentive service. Highly recommend this store if you're looking for knowledgeable and approachable staff. Great job, Curry's Harlow customer service team!

for the first time in many many years a member of staff actually approached us and asked if we needed any assistance ! pretty shocked at that ! other than that, currys stores are looking very tired, no buzz, all the usual generic low tech stuff. the good old days when it was called pc world, you could spend hours. nowadays you have a whole section for kettles, lines and lines of mediocre tv's and a tiny section of computing equipment which needless to say is very overpriced for what it is. currys never respond to reviews from what ive seen other than a standard generic reply, but seriously, you guys need to up your game big time. all this tat about retail is struggling due to online presence really isnt surprising. bring back the days when you could pop in for a psu, or a couple sticks of ram !

Unprofessional and rude staff. I went into the store today to pick up a laptop on repair and I had to wait for the staff in charge because she was not at the front desk. On arrival one of her colleagues who had a customer he was serving pulled her in to assist with the customer. The staff who attended to me first noticed this and called her attention that the customer she?s was called to attend to is waiting and the colleague she was assisting with his customer said out loud ? HE CAN WAIT? at this point I approached them and said I haven?t got the time to wait that I will come back. I requested for the repair slip and as I was leaving the gentleman who made the comment then said Bye Bye with sacrasm. I have put in a formal complaint with currrys

Nice shopwith plenty of stock but they must get quicker and dealing with people if they want me to stop ordering from online retailers with next day delivery.
