Love this Costa - it is spacious - vibrant and generally always full of life. What?s more it?s open of an evening - which tends to be quieter. A peaceful space for respite when popping out to do the weekly food shop - without kids!
Vegetarian options: In terms of drinks - there?s a whole bunch of plant based milks.
Parking: Huge amount of parking. Have never had issues finding a spot. The downside is the single entrance into retail park - causes traffic when the denizens of Harlow wish to wait for a space immediately outside B&M

I swiped the app to get the reduction on my "treat drop" but was told that the item I had selected was not available in the deal.
I was given a cheaper item and then charged full price for it, which I didn't notice at the time.
Totally disgusted as there's nothing in the Ts&Cs to confirm this, I asked to speak to the manager and was told that the manager was on holiday and there was effectively no single person in charge of what is a large and very busy outlet.
I was given a replacement receipt as mine was wet and torn and advised to call the phone number on the bottom of the receipt, a number that doesn't exist(!).
I attempted to call their head office on the generic number on their website only to find that it is no longer in use.
All in all, I am disgusted at the way I was treated and shocked that such a busy outlet is run in such a haphazard way.
I have been a customer of Costa Coffee for many years, but not for much longer based on this experience, or at least not this branch.

Good selection of hot and cold beverages. They also have new fruity smoothies for the summer. Good selection of hot food. We always go for the toasties and mac n cheese. They will gladly heat it up for you.
Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian and vegan sandwiches and toasties.
Dietary restrictions: You can get non dairy coffee and meals too

Magda and the team are always friendly. I go in everyday before work and they are kind, consistent and great at making coffee!

Came in today and was served with a great service from the members of staff and i was served with an amazing oat flat white that tasted amazing.
Definitely recommend for a quick takeaway or even a sit in as there is plenty of space.

The best Costa I've been to. I go here on a regular basis and the staff go above and beyond. The service is excellent, environment is fantastic and they constantly keep the tables clean and ready for the next customer.

Overall, my experience at Costa was disappointing. While the food quality deserves a modest three-star rating, the service was abysmal. The atmosphere was lackluster, earning only a two-star rating, and the cleanliness left much to be desired. The seats were notably dirty, making the dining experience rather unpleasant.
