We've been to Costa in Next in Harlow a few times now and without exception the staff are always cheerful, helpful and friendly. Today they were all dressed up in their Christmas jumpers, aprons and antlers and offering free samples of a caramel coffee drink around the cafe to customers. They always take care making the drinks and have a smooth running system of serving at the counter to get the orders fulfilled quickly. It's a pleasure to pop in for coffee and a snack and we really appreciate your welcome. Definitely the best place for refreshments in Harlow. Thank you all so much.

Popped in for a drink and something to eat. The drinks board is automatic and takes a while for you to actually read the drinks that you are after. Had a toastie which the lady took and was reading the drinks board which we had waited a while to read. The lady with the blonde hair became stroppy as she had to wait while reading the board. She then turned to the very nice lady in the till and said got a toastie too. She the made our drinks to which she through the drinks on the counter. Face like thunder. I very kindly said thank you the lady on the till apologised. Unfortunately will not return when she is there. She was clearing the tables like she just did not want to be there.

Grabbed quick coffee and left . Staff efficient but cleanliness really below par Surprised as Next is a popular shop with good footfall during the week also so all a bit of a let down.

I am a huge Costa fan and visit most days. The staff in this particular branch are always friendly and polite and even on their busiest of days greet you with a smile. I can?t rate the food as I?m GF but the coffee is always excellent.

I genuinely thought that Costa Martlesham Heath had the worst service of any Costa. But I was wrong. The service here was so slow I actually missed a whole chunk of my child's life.

Coffee good as what you would expect from Costa busy at time of my visit However staff should definitely change the attitude! Making faces in front of the customers is a big no no. Sarcastic smile can be left for your break young ( Bog*****)

If you like lukewarm coffee even when u ask for hot. Costa by savers is the game changer. I will rather go to a place where I ask for hot and get it. It?s happened twice
