One lady in particular went out of her way to help me; she went through all of the steps I needed to follow and what products I needed to use. She even kindly wrote them all down for me. Then I encountered some trouble at the till and another staff member called Isla was eager to help and managed to sort the issue. Both very polite and made my day much easier.
