Absolutely devastated! I had my nose done by Claire?s (Harlow branch) on Thursday last week, my nose stud fell out so I phoned Claire?s as I looked online and it said to go back to your original piercer and Claire?s themselves told me they were not qualified and I should seek help from a proper piercing studio. As you can imagine I was devastated. I went to my closest piercing shop who were qualified and they put my nose stud back in! Although staff are very friendly and have good explanation they are not qualified to be piercing and should stick to selling and not piercing. An expensive piercing that caused me nothing but trouble? at least the piercing itself was pretty though?

Friendly staff, however I did not feel confident in them to pierce my daughters ears after they were unable to get the dot central and symmetrical after the third or fourth attempt. Walked round the corner to a jewellers who had a far more professional and hygienic approach.

Not even a call to say sorry we can?t do it, they just let you turn up and happy turn you away. To be honest they look like they can?t be bothered to be there in away!So unprofessional, petrol to get there, parking paid and not even an apology! I?m all for hiring young people but management need to be training them properly! No awareness, no manners. It?s not right! You?re dealing with peoples children there needs to be a level of trust and honesty I didn?t find that here.

Had made two separate appointments online for my daughter to get her ears pierced, both appointments only one person was in the shop so they couldn?t do it. Not even a call to say sorry we can?t do it, they just let you turn up and happy turn you away. To be honest they look like they can?t be bothered to be there in away!

Had an appointment for ear piercing but the store was shut as there was a party. When I caught the attention of a member of staff and explained we had an appointment she was really rude and told us they were shut and to go away. Not even an apology. The website shouldn't let you book an appointment if they can't honour it.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour today. So during the 2 minutes silence for our HEROES today, Claire accessories did not turn off their music and let customers continue to shop and serve them. Absolutely disrespectful.
