I had my nose done by Claire’s (Harlow branch) on Thursday last week, my nose stud fell out so I phoned Claire’s as I looked online and it said to go back to your original piercer and Claire’s themselves told me they were not qualified and I should seek help from a proper piercing studio. Friendly staff, however I did not feel confident in them to pierce my daughters ears after they were unable to get the dot central and symmetrical after the third or fourth attempt. Walked round the corner to a jewellers who had a far more professional and hygienic approach.
