Nothing wrong with it per se, but I've just got used to my local cinema, Showcase at Bluewater, having reclining seats as standard.

It was a nice experience, no worry about parking as it is 5 hours of free parking, watch movies, spent time for shopping, great experience

poor, the film went black for 10 minutes and the lights went out and all the children were scared... when it did come on we had missed the opening sequence and no apology or explanation was given. poor customer service was offered a free popcorn via email what a disgraceful company.

Erm it's just not good, I went there on a odd chance, the popcorn was stale n thats a problem for me, imagine buying a large mixed popcorn n eating none of it, when does that happen.. never but it did when I went here. Then I got the iceblast n they mixed it with blackcurrant tut tut tut most ridiculous thing ever, tasted vile. Then the screen projector had scratches so in dark scenes of the movie all you could see is the multiple scratch marks on the screen ? these times we're trying to watch a horror movie like give us a break. It was cold and the seating is rubbish so there you have it folks, harlow cineworld is NOT the one and we paid a whopping £40+ for that experience. God bless em

Audio from neighbouring screens leaking booming through walls when trying to watch a suspenseful quiet film. Screen cold half the movie then ancient smelly heater kicks in loudly. Creaky floors and chairs.

We hardly come but when we does we love it. It is empty which does mean you can get there last minutes and still be in time for the movie.

Went here recently and can't complain about the cinema (it was clean and the staff were friendly) though the food options were horribly expensive! I can't believe how pricey a basic popcorn and drink are.

The worst cinema I?ve been in. Screen sound was low, no surround sound, screen had holes and white marks over it, no stadium seating, absolutely disgusting toilets. Don?t bother.

Took my son to Cineworld cinema. All new seats and I can only just fit into the seat. They've made them as small as possible. Feeling really sad for all the people who will come here and find they can't fit into the seats and some of them might be with their kids who won't understand, or even on a date. I am size 20 UK size. I asked the friend I was with who is slim and slight of build whether he thought the seats were small and he said they were. Do they think people want to sit in such small seats all so close together when they can go elsewhere? It's a shame as the staff we pleasant and facilities were otherwise good. The ladies toilets were also very high off the floor for some reason which is difficult for young children, short people and some old people: another example of a particular sort of workman who does not think of the end user!

my movie experience was dampened by a dozen or so of what looked like missing pixels spread over the screen which were very distracting throughout the film... the cinema doesn't appear interested in maintaining its technology to guarantee the experience it promises or charges for.

Easy ticket purchase, lots of parking, seats were OK but low back so not that comfortable but enough leg room...
