In the last 3 months it was terrible could not get though as message box was full all the time went straight in message box I must have phoned 100 times in the end I phoned prentice place pharmacy ask them to give them a message for me and they did before this it was great no problems but I dont know what's wrong there now

Terrible customer service, never answer the phone and now they?ve got a messaging service you?ll never be able to get hold of them, they completely ignore messages

Went there recently, quite bad customer service not sure if they are biased. Came to pick up prescription, completely ignored my presence for 10 min or so until someone finally decided to come up. First and definitely last time visiting.

Disappointed that the person serving customers today had poor idea of what constitutes good customer service: grey hair doesn't mean we are unable to comprehend or are prepared to be dismissed. Went on to visit Tesco Pharmacy where they were extremely helpful.
