Great friendly staff. They are always treating me, with courtasy and respect. I dont believe in weapons, its not my thing, but i use it for pawn broking services. i am not to keen on it being buyback for 28 days. When i prefer interest to be charged daily and for them to hold on to my belongings, for at least six months. Other than that, they treated my dad when he was alive three years ago with so much respect and now they are treating me with respect well done cash concepts. Thank you.

They offer awful value for money and money offered if you want to sell them say a laptop or phone, you can get a lot more from say CEX or Cash Converters or ebay yourself! They are really the robin hood of pawn broking - try to rob you blind! Best to avoid.

Had the misfortune of dealing with this company on eBay! Bought an item which unfortunately went missing. The tracking proved it and I?d had the courier confirm on the phone to me that it was classed as a missing item. Despite this, this company refused to refund, ignored all communication and now I am having to wait till late November for eBay to refund me as the seller won?t reply. I paid £65 for this item so they?ve will have had my item for nearly a month without me getting the item. Shocking customer service and a terrible way to treat people

Refund issued on 26th August after 3 weeks and a few phone calls !!! for Gamo air pistol that was'nt in stock although when purchased online it showed as in stock.

Absolute amazing customer service and great people working here, they value the items they sell and have a good range of stock and the staff talking to you about the items they have on display know their stuff well and were very helpful indeed. Jamie (one of the people working there) was amazing and threw in some small things for free with my purchase, defiantly recommend and highly advise coming in to browse or talk with the staff. 10/10

Found this shop via ebay. Fantastic communication! Rob answered all of my many questions. Sent same day photos of the item. Called me to confirm and arranged delivery for my new fridge freezer and got it delivered by Paul the very next day! Very friendly and helpful a fantastic customer experience. I'm waiting a few hours before I turn it on but I'm sure everything will be working fine! Thank you so much I highly recommend them!
