If I could give zero stars I would I picked up from the restaurant and ordered a double cheese melt burger meal and I get home ready too enjoy but I?m met with pure disappointment it was 1 little patty with grey sludge on the top. It was nothing like the picture it didn?t even have cheese and tasted like it was made in the sink it?s safe too say I will not be making a return

No stars for todays visit only one tenth of the customers that mc donalds had but the staff couldn't cope half prepared orders lay around going cold eventually received ours with substitutions as they had run out of some items the coffee was the only thing that was still warm tried speaking to staff but Couldn't make them understand what I was saying of the few staff there 3 were prepping delivery orders only 2 dealing with maybe 30 customers some of whom were attempting to complain

Chips were lovely but the chicken and beef burger was dry and unpleasant and in addition the wait time was ridiculous for the amount of customers there was. In the space of ordering and collecting my order 3 people went up to the counter to say there was stuff wrong with there order was not the best experience to be honest wouldn?t really recomend thanks

Got there just after 2pm and there were a lot of people queuing/waiting. Placed our order and immediately saw our order number on screen as ready but then it disappeared from the screen and realised we were now in the same situation as everyone around us who were still waiting and becoming increasingly impatient and hostile.
The staff were seemingly oblivious (trying to avoid eye contact with anyone) as they just continued to make up orders and the manager was preoccupied with online orders for JustEat and Deliveroo couriers.
When we eventually got our order and sat down I struggled to see what the recent refurbishment had involved as the whole place feels bleak.
On the upside our drinks were OK, the fries were hot and my 8 year old quickly demolished his bacon double cheeseburger, but the onion rings were poor and everything aspect of the Whopper with cheese was dry and cold.
I didn?t bother complaining as we had watched a man repeatedly complain about the same thing for the last half hour while we waited so already knew it was pointless.

Walked into burger king and waited 30 mins for my food to be told I was rude after seeing the burger was still mooing at me it was freezing cold disgusting and then when asking the manager she said you was rude all I wanted was a meal and peace boycot the rude inconsistent place putting burgers to shame serving cold food while all they are worried about is delivery instead of inhouse clients thank u for taking ur time to read this I hope this makes ur decision to not come here and go down the road
