I visited this branch today to get my glasses adjusted. Although the store was busy, I was surprised on how quick I was seeing.
Jamie took my glasses and adjusted it to fit me better.
Really good service despite the glasses weren't purchased from Boots.

i booked in for an eye test and contacts fitting. the blonde lady that helped me with my contacts was amazing and so helpful! the general thing with boots is they withhold information from you if you have not bought something from them before, which i think is stupid but it?s a thing to try and trap people from buying from them. they?re good and straight forward if you just need a glasses eye test or to buy glasses from them after but they make things hard if you want to get certain information from them.

I went there today for an eye check and paid 129.95 GBP total after being told the eye check was around 30 GBP. They did upsell me extra exams without disclosing the price at all. I've been doing this sort of thing for more than 10 years and never seen anything like this. I attached the invoice as proof.

Didn?t have to wait long and full description of problems given. Felt relieved and was able to purchase new glasses easily. So pleased I was able to purchase Boots frames and be able to afford glasses I wanted. Now the wait for them to arrive.?Staff were friendly and informative at all stages of my examination. Thank you.

The people that attended to me and carried out the various tests were very helpful, made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the whole process and included clear explanations as to what was going on my during my tests and the fitting of new glasses.

I was given an appointment on the day I rang ,and was dealt with amazingly, the optician that I saw was outstanding, and managed to get a lence out of my eye which was hidden under my top lid, I was so grateful, I wish I could remember her name. She never fave up,even tho she couldn't find it with two attempts.Thank you very much.

After visiting Boots Opticians in Harlow I was most impressed with the service I received from both Ahmad & Ahmad .I found that they listened to my concerns about my glasses , Amee adjusted my frames to improve my vision, nothing was too much trouble, and I?m now much happier with the outcome.Ahmad assured me that he could help me to regain my confidence when out and about, which with both of there help , I feel much happier.A big thank you to them both.
