I had a lovely shopping experience in boots the other day. Two staff members were very helpful. I had an awful cold and couldn't find where the tissues were and a lovely staff member called Hattie was very helpful and took me over to them. Then I encountered some trouble at the till and another staff member called Isla was eager to help and managed to sort the issue. Both very polite and made my day much easier. Definitely shopping at boots again!

Extremely slow to prepare your online prescriptions. Take 3-5 days! Even the small pharmacies takes 1-2 days max! Avoid this pharmacy!

Negative 5, WORST experience ever, the security guard racially profiles you, keeps following you around the store, to my surprise he came all the way to the till. Honestly I've been to many shops, this is the worst. Being an introvert I usually let things slide, but today I felt I should write this to make people aware,
Preferably buy online. I even contacted the customer services, I haven't received any confirmation of the matter is looked upon.

The front of house guy , English one that works in the pharmacy, has attitude, upfront rude tbh... Every single time I go there he has attitude with me... and takes forever to actually come to the counter. Not sure why he is working there.
Definitely changing the nominated pharmacy...

Pharmacy staff were lovely. The girl on the self service checkout was just plain and outright rude, and appeared as though dealing with customers was a waste of her time... As someone who has work in retail myself, I suggest that if you don't want to interact with people, don't work in retail.

Don?t even know how this store has stayed open. Customer service next to none specially the older man that does the pharmacy dispensing full time so rude has no customer care what so ever!!!. After Saturday realising they close at 5 !!! A pharmacy ???? not even worth being in the town!

So disappointing that management has decided on self check out tills. No personal service anymore. Not good for customer wellbeing as it is so impersonal. I may not go there at all anymore. No point.
