The service was excellent; however, the food was far below average. The ribeye steak was overcooked, and both the chicken breast and chicken wings were inedible. The onion rings were crispy but overly oily and also inedible.
I appreciate the waitress who offered to have the chef prepare another meal. However, I declined, as I observed the "chef" reheating food and plating it. I knew that whatever they reheated would likely not be any better.

I came in with my family and was greeted by the manager trev who was really nice, we had to wait for our table to be ready but, we wasn't waiting long at all. We were served by Arlena who was really friendly and made sure we were looked after for the whole duration of our visit. See you in the new year!

Took a friend for breakfast. Greeted with a terse ?Name?? Rather than a ?good morning? or ?hello?
No white bread for toast and no cups available at self service drink area - milk also had to be replenished in the coffee machine - wouldn?t have been an issue without the huffing and puffing that accompanied the action. Restaurant felt cold despite portable heaters everywhere and while food was average, both orders were incorrect - by then we couldn?t face asking the surly staff to correct the orders. All the self service areas were low on supplies although we arrived half a hour before the end of service. Been here many times and had great food and friendly service but after today, I don?t think I?ll return.

Came here for my brother's 50th birthday. It was lovely. The food was fantastic! Service was excellent! The atmosphere was great! The issue I had was as a disabled person I needed the disabled toilet, but you had to walk through the restaurant, all the way through the bar to get to it! I can't walk far and it hurt me a lot. I couldn't even find it when I got down there so used the ladies because I just needed to sit. They weren't very nice and I struggled. Next time I will just go to the ladies at the top, in the restaurant. Other than that it was a great experience!
Wheelchair accessibility: Tbh, not great! Lots of ups and downs and small to maneuver around... Disabled toilets couldn't find!

Took the family for breakfast after staying in the Premier Inn.
Looked like they were short staffed, as it took 15 minutes to take our order, a further 45 for it to arrive and 20 minutes to get the bill...
The sausages were beyond cheap and the eggs were somehow overcooked AND snotty?!
We stay at a lot of Premier Inns as a family and this has to be the worst breakfast of any of them.

1st time visiting, had a excellent meal, first ever restaurant to ask if any of us had any allergies (very professional & caring) service was amazing food was served hot, amazing friendly polite staff, great chef

Took our family there for lunch.Food very poor. Mine was cold! Asparagus must have been frozen and stuck in the microwave. You couldn?t cut it. Had a soup starter served in a small bowl that was just a quarter full and no bread. Husband had pate with two fingers of bread , not even half a slice. We were also very cold. Been before and it?s been ok but definitely wouldn?t go again. Very disappointing?
