The branch is always very clean, and you are immediately greeted as soon as you enter, which creates a really welcoming atmosphere. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable, and I?ve always received excellent service when visiting.
I have used the counter a few times to pay in old notes and get coins, and George has been exceptional on every occasion. He is very friendly, approachable, and nothing is ever too much trouble for him. He always goes above and beyond to help with anything you ask.
Well done to George and the whole Barclays Harlow team for consistently providing such a high standard of customer service.

Had to go to branch to sort out an issue with a payment that was being blocked by the fraud team - understandably. Tracy helped myself and my young nephew navigate dealing with the issue - contacted the Fraud Team for us, and after lengthy calls, got clearance. However shortly afterwards the payment was stopped again - and knowing how urgent it was, Tracey came and found us nearby having lunch and we went back to branch. And the whole team helped out. Exceptional service and a good reason for banks to not close any more branches. We need real people to speak to when an unusual situation arises. Many thanks to Tracy and the whole team.
