Good location, plenty parking and variety of stores. Huge store with great selection and reasonably priced. Staff helpful, knowledgeable and obliging. However went purposefully to collect paint colour strips intending to match. Huge gaps in the valspar selection racks of colour strips. Was explained that valspar rep is responsible for restocking racks. Disappointing.

It's looking tired inside could do with a revamp. Some of their products are a little bit substandard and over priced especially their own label.

Large, well-stocked sure although not as huge like their store in Chelmsford, I think. Had all the average DIYer needs though.

B&q Harlow is extremely awful place for customer service. God knows what kind of training they received. Asking for assistance there is beyond ridiculous . Will never bother with branch again until they get better management

Poor stock ..went wickes got what I wanted easily ..wickes is so much better layout too ..we deserve better from both tbh but wickes was better here and literally a walk away

Worst service. Went over to three female employees who were chatting; they ignored me at first, (one even looked at me and then went back to chatting), before one finally decided to acknowledge me. Had no idea what product I was referring to when asked for help finding it, but brought me over to the aisle, (which I had said I had already been in), then quickly tried to walk away before I was even done talking to her. Asked for another product, which I knew was in stock at their store, and she, again, seemed to have no idea what I was talking about or interest and walked off quicklywhile I was still talking to her. Short dirty blond hair, thin, older woman. Horrible job. Left what products I was going to purchase and went somewhere else.

My wife came to the store today and purchased 2 large bags of compost. Lucas, the assistant, helped her put them in her car. He wasSO HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY., and has been on several occasions.Thank him very much
