Love this asda. Has a variety of food items in world food section. Clothing section upstairs is good too.

What a horrible place to shop this Asda became! The worst of the staff are on the self checkout! So nasty and acting like they?re giving out gold and not parking tickets! They give option for customers to choose whether they want a receipt or not and yet when you decide not to have it they won?t give you a parking ticket even though you just came of the till! They demand to see the receipt! And are so rude and nasty about it! Every time I go there it gives me anxiety to go pay for my shopping because of this type of behaviour

Customer service needs a massive review at this store. I made a huge mistake of going to the basket only lane with my little trolley!! Although there was only a basket amount in the trolley, The Security lady dicided to call me out and insisted I took my trolley to the trolley only lane, not a problem however it would of been nice to be told this BEFORE I got to the front of a very long que and started to approach the till also, it would of been nice if I was asked politey and not spoken to like a naughty child!! Yes I called you a Jobsworth, I apologise if this offended you however, it wasn't nice that you started gossiping about me to your fellow security officer as I passed laughing at me! I have a nasty eye infection at present that I've been trying too hide so it was horrible you felt you needed to make me the attention of everyone around. Please consider how you use security personnel in your stores and ensure they are trained in good customer service.

Lost click and collect parcel.
Then was treated like I was going to be a thief when asked for a 30p bag. Scan and Go handset malfunctioned. So had to take my items through a normal till. A total shit show. One member of staff rude the other was really nice.

Cdnt find bags and was made to feel like an idiot for asking. Then when I asked for my parking token the assistant, having watched me fill my freshly bought asda bag with shopping at the self scan, insisted on me digging my receipt back out before giving me the car park token. I left the shop feeling like a suspected criminal!

As a delivery driver I never seen this bad customer service they been receiving to many complains but still there is no improvement a big shop like Asda customers expect more.
managements needs to do more in the customer service area and there is a security lady every time been unprofessional toured the drivers and giving band notice for some of the delivery drivers it?s like bullying towards the drivers it?s sad to see that in big Shops like Asda things like this happening

The store itself is very well laid out and great items. It?s sad that the cafe is never open anymore, that corner of the store just looks abandoned and it used to be a great place to eat!

Website states that the pharmacy is open till midnight.
It is not, for the life of me, asda which is a massive company, people go there for medication only to be told it is closed.
I think it is disgusting, the false advertising they are clearly doing online. I need the medication or i may will have a fit! Just back from holiday, asda clearly does not think business hours on the website seriously. If i do take a fit my lawyer will be instructed to open investigations against false adverting.

Having been to Sainsbury's and met with resistance to encourage me to shop there unless I had a pound coin, I went to Asda where the customer services couldn't have been more helpful.
Thank you. A piece of plastic and a smiling person at customer services was the simple difference.

I am really disappointed with the promenade and mango asda sells. The pomegranate stinked and tasted bad . The mango also had a bad taste and different colour. It looks like expired one. I requested management to look into this matter seriously.
