It's a shame I can't leave a no star review. These agents were requested to view my property and the the agent turned up looking like he was going to do some DIY, in jeans and a Polo shirt with a hole in it. Whilst viewing my property he said and acted in what I believe to be an unprofessional and inappropriate manner. Do not use

My daughter and her partner contacted AH to arrange a viewing on a property that AH had listed. They wanted to make the appt for a weekend as they are both at work during the week and do not get home until early evening. The lady at AH that my daughter spoke to was very rude and told her that they don't do weekend appts. When my daughter asked why, she was told 'because we don't, if you want to view the property you'll have to take time off work'. I then phoned AH to discuss the situation with them. I also spoke to the lady who had been so rude to my daughter. She told me if I wasn't happy she would transfer me to her Director. I then spoke to the most insolent man, he told me that people who won't take time off work to view a property are clearly not serious about buying and people who want to view at weekends are 'time wasters'. He then told me I was 'getting on his nerves' and he put the phone down on me. Luckily we managed to locate another Agent who had previously listed the property, we arranged the viewing through them, an offer was made and accepted very quickly and I'm pleased to say the sale was completed recently. AH were very unpleasant and unhelpful during the 2 conversations we had with them. I dread to think what they would be like if you were actually buying or selling a house with them. Based on our horrendous experience we would definitely not recommend them.

We bought our first home through Alexander Hamilton Estates who were great. They put us in touch with mortgage broker Richard who was so helpful and patient with us - we will certainly use him in the future!AHE supported us through the home buying process and helped chase solicitors etc when requested. I would highly recommed AHE estates if you are buying your first home.

I am a first time buyer, these guys helped me get the house i wanted. They put me in contact with their mortgage broker Richard, his advice was fantastic. I wouldn't want to go with anyone else. They are super friendly. I would give 100 stars if i could.

Alexander Hamilton team have been great from start to finish, they were always so friendly, efficient and happy to help me with anything, especially Neil!He promised he would sell my house and he did although it was quite a journey he never gave up.I would highly recommend this estate agents to anyone selling or buying a house, they totally changed my perspective on estate agents!Thank you all once again

I have moved house several times and Alexander Hamilton Estates are the best estate agents I have ever dealt with. They are very professional but also very friendly and helpful. They kept me fully informed during the sale process. I highly recommend them.

Excellent friendly and helpful staff who I would definitely use again and would recommend to others if they required a letting agent. Everything was clear, easy and straightforward with regards to the contract. I also got lucky with an excellent short term tenant who kept my home immaculate whilst I was off travelling for 6 months. My house SOLD in 8 days!From experience ALWAYS use an independent Estate Agent.I was impressed with Lee and Kurts' fresh unstuffy attitude to selling property. Our property was professionally photographed by Kurt who had great attention for detail.Lee and Kurt were both on time for viewings and had done their homework on the area and our property.Karina in the office was fantastic and promptly answered every email. She was there for us even when things got really stressful.We also purchased our dream property with Alexander Hamilton. Please to say we moved in to our new house on Friday and we couldn't be happier!We will certainly recommend them to everyone.Thank you ?
