Very unorganised and under staffed

Put in a prescription for my tablets on the 2nd left it 2 weeks 16th now I ran out of tablets on the 5th that quite clearly say DO NOT STOP TAKING THIS MEDICATION UNLESS INSTRUCTED TO BY YOUR DOCTOR I was told by the pharmacy that it had to be sent over to the doctors and faxed ect. Why this wasn?t done within the 2 weeks I don?t know all the pharmist said was ?will she be okay withought them? LOOKS LIKE ILL HAVE TOO!!! Staff in here are rude and I?m always made to feel like I?ve asked them to go above and beyond for me when all I want is my medication nothing more and NOTHING LESS

I?ve been using this pharmacy for as long as I can remember, and it?s honestly disappointing to see how far downhill it has gone in recent times.
I now constantly find myself chasing up missing tablets or dealing with delays that simply shouldn?t be happening. I wouldn?t mind so much if the staff were helpful or pleasant, but sadly, that?s rarely the case. Every time I?ve gone in to try and resolve an issue?or even just to collect a prescription?I?m met with blank faces, zero smiles, and a general attitude that makes you feel like you're an inconvenience.
If dealing with the general public is such a burden, perhaps working in a customer-facing role isn?t the best choice.
The final straw for me was the behaviour of the pharmacist. I have never, ever encountered someone so unprofessional and outright rude in this line of work. That experience alone was enough for me to move to a new pharmacy?and I?m already receiving far better service.
I wouldn?t usually leave a review like this, but I hope this encourages some much-needed reflection and improvement.

Terrible never got mine or my children?s medicine handed the prescription in at least 12 days before get a text say medication is ready and never is always come back tomorrow really Moody and unhappy workers with no smile or respect to the public

They really don?t like their jobs do they?!! I?m lucky I?m only picking up for in-laws here, wells at solar are friendly and smile. I?m not sure where else they could work and get away with such rudeness and that?s when things are going right and there?s just me in here and 3 behind the counter! Why do they hate their customers so much? I was polite and friendly, went in with a smile came out with a ??

Getting worse to the point I changed doctors and chemist there is no excuse to the fact people depend on there service .
Society keeps banging on about well being tried all week to contact where in end my neighbour collected for me only to find it was wrong , so in a taxi I got cost a lot stood in cue with my bad on the mend broken leg and oxygen staff didn't attempt to answer phone even though they managed to talk to a person in cue.
Asked if they delivered as I am disable and stuck home normally get delivered to be told very ltd and so I asked does your phone get answered no we are to busy

Always a long wait enough when not many customers. Never ready to pick up gotta wait , enough when prescriptions been sent over a week ago.

Stood waiting to be served for over 5 minutes and completely ignored. Staff answered phone calls, I ended up ringing to ask if they would serve me! Shocking.

Their service is absolutely shocking. They never have any staff, never answer the phone and couldn?t give two shits about customer service or looking after people.

Well... I am standing in the queue as I right this. I understand staff shortage but seriously could you get some kind of agency staff in to man the till and have some kind of organisation. Always herd good things about this pharmacy that's why I set up my prescription to be sent here. But it just seems to have gone down hill very quickly in a short space of time. They also send text saying meds are ready when you finally get into the shop , then told its not ready or half of it is missing. I work in a customer service environment and yes dealing with the public can be hard at times so I understand the frustration of the staff who work there and why perhaps they can seem a bit offish with customers . I think the management of this pharmacy need a good kick up the backside and to sort it out . Last Saturday the queue was literally the length of the car park to near the road.

Shambolic absolutely terrible service the poor staff cannot cope in queue with customers who have tried multiple times to get their prescriptions well management should be utterly ashamed of themselves.

It's says open till 6.30pm, but second day in a row closed at 6pm. Staff says that due to lack of staffing, they can not allow people later than 5.45pm.
It's very misleading, it should either say, closes at 5.45pm, or people should be allowed to get in till at least 6.25pm.
Staff says that they do not finish serving people till 6.30pm, but then it should say last entry at 5.45pm.
