I would like to give a special mention to Aaron (the manager) and Jason (the lovely delivery guy) who couldn?t do enough for us.They both insured we were completely happy with everything and truly went above and beyond to help with our school project.

Come into your store today and it felt like I was a inconvenience, staff behind the counter was more interested in decorating the Christmas tree than serving customers, so I left and went to screwfix instead.

Excellent service and knowledgeable staff. We went there looking for a piece for our ensuite toilet. The staff member couldnt have helped us any more.In the world we live in where prices are rising it is amazing to see that there are still comapnies and people with good hearts and kind gestures to help when you need it!!!!.

0 starsDidn't deliver when they said they were going to, even though I paid for delivery for that day.Spoken to the receptionist who was just rude, however, they were rude when I went in to the shop too as on the phone.When delivering they just left the stuff in the van on the other side of the road, and did not help move any of it. Even for curb only delivery it would help if it was on my curb.Would not recommend, would not go there again. Overall very disappointed and wish I hadn't wasted my time.
