Old customer to other Factory Shops, and this one previousl;y, however having travelled 30 miles after checking Web we arrived but NO lift , as we are both disabled a note on the Web would have saved a long trip for nothing.We were told ,by staff not our problem Management , we disagree.

Lovely place, a good variety of items from clothing to everyday items.There is a small car park behind the premises which is full of reserved parking for other businesses. For local shopping at this business, you can often not park.

This is not the original factory shop of old but has moved with the times. They still have reasonable price items but now have a new balloon section offering single or display options at great prices too. Staff are helpful and polite.
