Really poor service at the post office counter we used to take business post in most days but found on more than one occasion the post office guy to be really un friendly and un helpful example :::wouldn?t even give me a piece of Sellotape so that I could secure something that had come undone in transit ....taking my business elsewhere

Absolutely useless. The manager is rude. They are not well organised and on 2 occasions could not find my parcel! They do not explain prices very well. They do a "withdraw of money" if you pay by card, why? The post office smells od curry. The post office is very dirty. I only go there if I have no choice. Hasltead or Greenstead green farm shop are the places to go if you want top service!

THis Post Office could do with a complete revamp - it always look dingy and could be laid out much better. If there are more than three people waiting, opening hte door becomes an issue. Having said that the owners are very pleasant but it would help if both counters were open most of the time. Queues do build up rapidly and this is very frustrating when only one counter is open. Good range of greetings cards on sale as well as sundry statioary items.
