Rude staff and don?t explain their different options and then blame the customers for not understanding. I went to beautifly the day before my sisters wedding it?s not often that I get my nails done, I have been there a couple of times before but only for a simple manicure. I showed the lady what I would like and straight away rudely she said no I can?t do that you didn?t book in for that, I said well I messaged on Facebook and said that I wanted a manicure and didn?t know there were different types the lady was very rude and I basically said you should explain the different options better and then the manager then said what?s happening and was very abrupt and rude and basically said if I didn?t like it I could go elsewhere. I really wanted my nails done for my sisters wedding and was worried I couldn?t get them done elsewhere so I had them done even though they really rushed me and made me feel uncomfortable and then I went to a far better salon up the road who did my nail art for me which is what I originally wanted. I?d also recommended my mum to go to beautifly and she was there before me she said that they made her wait 10 minutes past her appointment whilst the staff decided in front of her what they were having for lunch. In future I will definitely be going to the other salon and will not recommend anyone to go to beautifly they are rude, unprofessional and act like their clients are on a conveyor belt.

I visited Besutifly Nails & Beauty last Thursday evening. I had travelled from abroad and needed my nails redone for a family ocassion the following morning. Passing the shop I noticed they were open. I was met by a beautiful young girl by the name of Lily, who gave me an appointment to return later that evening. Lily did an excellent job on my nails. Attention to detail was exquisite. She was so friendly and chatty. I am so delighted with my nails and received many comments about them. Lily loves beauty and I wish her the best of luck. The lovely Emma did a stunning job on my nails....and Ive tried quite a few places in Halstead. I had acrylic tips with Gel overlay. I wanted a pinky base with a classic French polish, and the tips were artfully hand painted which make them look much more natural. Really pleased, and will certainly be a repeat customer.Service: Manicure
