Absolutely terrible, never ordering from here again! Ordered a pizza and sides and asked for it to be delivered for 7.30pm, pizza arrived 1 hour 15 minutes late, called up several times during that time and kept being told it will arrive in 10 minutes time. Pizza arrived late and was burnt and stone cold. Phoned for a refund and got told a manager would call me back, they?re never called and I?ve still not received a refund. Awful customer service and awful food. Don?t order from here. This store has put us off papa johns from now on.

Waited over an hour for a delivery. Called to check where it was - got told it was cooked but had not left the store so we asked to make sure it wouldn?t get cold. The man assured us it wouldn?t be. Came 20mins later freezing. Called to complain and get some kind of refund or new pizza. Got told that a manager would call us back??? No mention of what for 20 mins later still no call so we called them to ask what was happening and they said a new one would be sent in 10mins. 30mins later pizza arrives, afters and sides now cold. Bad customer service from management the poor guy on the phone was trying to help but no input from management. Never ordering from here again?

Waited an hour and a half for my order, the tracker told me it was delivered when it wasn?t and I had to call up to find out they believed it to be delivered from there end. Was told they would chase driver, never got back to me but he arrived 10-15 minutes later with very cold food and he was on a phone call when he pulled up, delivered my food and still when he drove off. I got a barely mumbled apology, will not be going back.

So bad. Waited 2hours and 30 mins. Not even a sorry. Lied on the phone saying it was on its way when it wasn't. How they still operate I have no idea. Avoid at all costs just go too dominoes instead.

Pizza tasted as good as any other Papa John's would be, but the order was missing a pizza. The pizza came, but they gave us the wrong one. Food was good, service? not so much.

50 minutes after ordering I called to see where our order was. They said it will be another 40 minutes. Order cancelled. They said they were about to call customers to let them know they had too many orders... Why not do that earlier!?
