i have food intolerances so i went in there to ask about the menu, although they are not allowed to advise you, they really tried to help, i ordered a burger ( no bun) and chips, unfortunately the burger was lukewarm and dry, but a lovely staff member called Sue went and changed it for a fresh one and it was delicious, she was so helpful and kind, we will definitely be going back there again.

DON?t order from them ! Ordered online from here Large chips were half , no straw , no napkin , food was extremely cold , drinks were flat , wasn?t nice experience ?.

Here now and told at collection window, as always, to park up as order not ready, it happens every time at Hadleigh, it hardly ever happens at other branches.

Ordered food, Had a hair inside my chicken select and they doubled up the lid of my drink so I couldn?t see inside, my straw went soggy so I took the lid off to drink it from the cup to be welcomed by a squashed fly on my cup. Never eating here again, honestly disgusting

I typically try and avoid this branch of maccas.
Every time, without fail things get missed from my order. Every. Single. Time.
You do get alot of groups of teenagers hanging in and around here though which is off putting when you've got young children.
The staff are generally nice and helpful though.

Ordered a Grinch Big Mac meal & a Grinch 9 nuggets meal through Just Eat.
Order turned up with no straws, no dips & no socks & nobody bothers to answer the phone.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE !!!!Through deliveroo asked for 2 grinch meals one with big mac the other with nuggets one came with the socks the other didn?t we also asked for shaker fries neither came with both. Food cold !! What a poor experience !! The meal was practically a normal meal. Absolutley disgusting and poor customer service without meeting the customer needs!!!!! I shall continue to ring for a complaint but do not waste your money here !!!

Wasn't very impressed tonight.
We had table service. Girl just put it down and went.
The plain burger was oily and had ketchup on it. Had to return it. The food was oily you could see oil on paper on tray.
Only decent part of meal was the drink.
Wouldn't come back.
Didn't look very clean either marks on table.
Deffo no for me.

I really don?t know how they manage it every time!
Clearly states plain on order; online and on receipt? No tartar, no cheese!
More fool me for not checking until I get home!
Added frustration due to ordering in advance on app, I even checked in 5 minutes before arrival and still waited 10 minutes.
Wanted to feedback on the McDonald?s app, but no obvious feedback mechanism.
Really frustrating experience all around, the lesson can only be to vote with your feet.

They screwed up 3 orders in a row from ordering and claim that it?s not their problem? terrible management.
Edit: just keeping the tally going we now at 6 orders as of 22.11.25 ????
