Placed an order through App, one pizza had an incorrect ingredient so called up and Bradley in Hadleigh (that rhymes) was fantastic on the phone, immediately sorted the problem and resent the correct pizza. Always hot, always fresh, those chicken wings are naughty. Thanks.

I ordered last night and when the food arrived it was cold and the slices were not properly cut. The manager I spoke to was very rude as I could not understand what he was saying to me. I will not be ordering again.

We ordered our pizza online , had to wait 1 hour and a half for an update only till then did it start to get cooked. Was tracking our order and driver has gone everywhere but my home. I have a family that's hungry and tired we just want to eat

Ordered , tracker confirmed out if oven quality checks in place , then tracker stated ?status cancelled? called store x2 still told pizza hot and would be in way hot - finally arrived over 20 minutes almost cold - REFUSED delivery! Driver stated he had only just come on duty so pizzas cannot have been on way when first told !!! Why lie ? Told would be refunded but we still had no food ! Will never ever order again not the first time this store let us down! Avoid!

I ordered a pizza earlier this evening and when it arrived it was the wrong pizza. I contacted Hadleigh dominos pizza and my order was corrected straight away. The pizza I ordered arrived quickly and I also received free cookies. The person that delt with my complaint was called Matt and my girlfriend and I were very happy with the outcome. Infact my girlfriend was happier than me cos she ate all the cookies. I'm ery happy with the way we were treated and will be ordering from Hadleigh dominos pizza again. Thank you

It has taken nearly an hour and half for our delivery and we are at the end of their road to the shop! They keep saying 10 minutes and then even said it?s on route and we are now waiting 30 minutes since the pizza is ?on route? I was waiting with 2 children for over an hour their service is appalling!
