Regent St James have been a joy to work with. I started with a kitchen but was so impressed that i also added a bar, fitted wardrobes and boot room. Steve and Emily helped with details and guided me through the miriad of choices and Luke fitted everything with great attention to detail and minimum fuss. I am a delighted customer.

Just had to give Regency St James our bespoke kitchen designer a five star review , would give ten stars if available. Steve and his team knocks it out the park on all levels. The quality finish choice of door styles and colours are infinite and such high quality. My wife will not be able to bother me for a new kitchen for years...well done Steve

We were very lucky to be recommended to Steve by our neighbour. They had a beautiful bespoke kitchen fitted and we fell in love with the quality and fabulous finishing touches. The care to every detail was overlooked by Steve. The pride in his work was evident. He came and designed the bespoke kitchen of our dreams. We live in a barn so he faced challenges but was patient with our wishes and came up with a superb design that fitted all our needs and whims.
Our bespoke kitchen was hand painted by his team to an excellent standard. He helped us choose colours handles worktops etc.
The installation was seamless , the team working cleanly and were polite and courteous, friendly but not ott. Our laundry room was tackled as well, this wasnt an easy task, but he made sure we had room for coats boots washing machine, tumble drier , sink fridge , storage for washing powder , softener, cupboard for WiFi with electrical sockets inside . So much care and attention was given even to this room. Thanks Steve and the team couldn't have asked for more.

Well what an amazing experience! I had been considering a kitchen upgrade for a while and finally decided to start looking. I began my research for handmade kitchens in Essex and found Regent St James. Everyone was so helpful and I am in love with my new home. If you are looking to something uniquely you and beautifully crafted then look no further. Exceptional!

We have recently worked with Regent St James during our home renovation project, and I can honestly say that they have been a breath of fresh air throughout. From our initial meeting with Steve & Emily, to their fitting team, they are the epitome of professionalism and perfectionism, with an eye for every minuscule detail. They met every timescale for us, were thoroughly clean and tidy throughout the job, and the end result was everything we could have dreamed of and more. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to Regent St James and would trust their team of experts from beginning to end.

After much research, we called in a few kitchen companies to design and install us a new kitchen at our little old cottage. Regent St James (RSJ) was the final Kitchen company we called in as the previous companies kitchen plans were uninspiring and underwhelming to put it mildly.
I was curious (if initally cynical due to the previous company's visits) and wondered what they could do for a cottage where space is limited.
Steve, the MD at RSJ came and did an incredible plan of the kitchen where he came up with brilliant solutions to problems of space. We were so impressed by Steve's plans, we agreed the quote and we also asked him to draw up plans to build bespoke Wall Units in our lounge and also Wardrobe & matching drawer units for our master bedroom.
Due to delays in having new flooring put down throughout our cottage, we were forced to delay the commencement date of the installation twice. Steve was amazing and very accommodating as was the lovely and very efficient Emily, who was always at the end of the phone being her amazing self.
Luke and Connor from RSJ came and worked their incredible magic with the installation and 10 months later, we are still absolutely thrilled with what they have created for us.
Special mention to the incredibly talented Carpenter Luke, who spent many hours installing and scribing in the Units with such precision, even a Harley St surgeon would be envious as our cottage was a challenging task given the age of it. Luke's specialist carpentry skills has even drawn many compliments from carpenter & builder friends alike.
For me, its not just what a company does that defines them, it is their Aftersales. It is this area where RSJ easily trumps any company i have ever dealt with with. It is clear as day that RSJ places the highest of priorities on their Customer Service & Satisfaction!
We are absolutely blown away by the installation and simply cannot speak any more highly of this 5* Kitchen Company. I highly recommend this 'Rolls Royce' of Kitchen Specialists.

Steve and his team have designed for me a beautiful kitchen. The whole process was easy from their interpretation of my ideas to ensuring it would suit and fit in my listed cottage and keep within my budget. Nothing was too much trouble and the whole team were very professional with first class workmanship. What an amazing service. Very friendly, helpful and came up with some great ideas, which really finished the new kitchen and utility room off. They where also excited about doing a custom door/cupboard combination for our utility entrance.
I would use them again, but this kitchen is built to last a lifetime!
