Please DO NOT order from this Dominos. My recent experience was beyond disappointing. I ordered a tuna pizza, and what arrived was genuinely inedible?both in appearance and quality. The tuna was hard as a rock which suggests the cans were open and left uncovered for days if not weeks. I raised my concerns and the response from both customer service and the very rude lady in the store was dismissive and condescending. Instead of addressing the actual problem, they focused on reassuring me about their ?strict protocols? and insisted the product was within their expected range?despite clear evidence to the contrary. Worse, they framed the replacement pizza I received as a ?goodwill gesture,? when in reality, it was the bare minimum after serving UNSAFE food. Oh and get this, she even said that in order to get a replacement pizza, I had to send her back the tuna pizza (guess she thought I was just complaining to get another free pizza). And I happily did send that horrible unsafe pizza right back to her. And even the one I got as replacement, I couldn?t eat because I was so disgusted and couldn't trust dominos in dunmow ever again.
It?s so disappointing to see a company more concerned with shutting down complaints than ensuring customer safety. So please DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. IT IS NOT SAFE. Want a good pizza place in Dunmow? Order from Dunmow Flames Pizza & Grill, they are more affordable and SOOO much better and kinder to people.

Food is nice enough but never have a delivery always collect it. Could be wrong but I think having it pedalled to your door in this winter weather (depending on distance obviously) means it would turn up cold. Not really an. atmosphere inside you just wait for your food. Again not a critisicism of service but someone asks your name and hands you your food and you leave. But the food has always been ok just shame prices seem to be creeping up.

Rang to complain as food arrived late and very cold. Man on the phone was extremely rude and no customer service skills. Didn't even apologise and refused to refund.

Absolutely terrible. I ordered cookies and a drink. Was called and told they didn?t have any cookies which is the only reason why I ordered it. Person on the phone was very rude interacting with me so knew I wouldn?t get a refund and switched to dough balls which took over an hour to be delivered. Food was cold and tasteless. They also rung the doorbell which I asked specifically for them not to do on the delivery instructions as there were people sleeping. Waste of money will not be ordering from them again.

Three times we asked for extra pizza sauce on the base, and three times it came drier than a regular pizza. How can this happen? What dimension do we live in? If I asked for a dry pizza I might get some pasatta on my base? Who knows? I actually went in to pick up our last order and asked the guy at the front what?s going on? He said, ?I don?t work at the preparation part?, shrugged his shoulders and walked off. So bizarre. Dominos of Dunmow is a strange place. Sort it out guys and read the order please.

Pizza was prepared quickly and the staff were great. Ordered the veggie supreme but was very disappointed to find a large piece of bacon on it. I've ordered from here a few times before and never had a problem so I'm guessing this was an accident. Luckily I'm not allergic to Pork, it's my choice not to eat meat. I spotted it straight away, it was very obvious. The rest of the pizza was fantastic as always.

I don?t really do Domino?s but must let others know about this.
I eat meat but also can?t eat dairy cheese due to intolerance. For some reason their computer system won?t allow them to place vegan cheese ?non-dairy? on the pizza.
I had to have the cheese removed from the pizza. In order to have meat on it. I was exhausted trying to reason with the humans working here.
My next visit will involve louder words and an intimidating glare!
