Came in to exchange a gift that is not the correct size, couldn?t find the alternative size thought I would exchange for a voucher, worst idea ever.Two people doing refunds/exchange with at least 30 people waiting in line, no sense of urgency or offering to help customers on other tills, been in the line for 20 minutes not moved very far, clearly a tactic to make you give up and hold onto your purchase or gift that doesn?t fit properly. Seriously feels like an early days Primark in here tonight. So disappointing. Wouldn?t be back

Horrible staff. I had to wait for 40 mins in the queue to return a pair of jeans. Once got to the till I?ve been told to wait for a manager because the jeans looked worn and couldn?t return them. Had to wait for another 20 mins for the manager to check and got told there?s no chance to return them anymore

Zara in Lakeside ? 0 stars if I could.Travelled for the sole reason to find specific tops. Not on the shop floor so I located first worker who was a newbie and was so lost - denied that they had ran out of certain top that said ?they had it in the stockroom??. I asked to find another worker to get a second opinion and this other girl went to get these two tops for me successsfuly. I wanted to give her a good review for doing that for me. But when I asked for her name, she heard me and walked off ignoring me? Absolutely rude, had an attitude, maybe I can do a favour for you and get you fired!

Poor customer service, asked a questions at the tills regarding the label, she didn't know what say or not clear answer. They kept talking to each other and not acknowledging customers.

The 1 star is for the lovely clothes...shame about the miserable and rude staff....first one in the changing room...no smile, no hello, goodbye, please or thank you, didn't even look my way as she gave me the number card! Second was the lady on the shop floor with a face like thunder who when i asked a question she grunted at me....the final straw was the guy on the till who stuffed the clothes in to a bag and i had to ask him to fold them up and put them in properly - the customer service is an absolute joke.... seriously the customer service needs looking at by the management and training given to the staff....utterly awful!

It was laid out very much like a jumble sale. There wasnt enough staff available to cater for the many people that needed serving. The self service check outs were not working, and only 1 was available. The self checkouts are in the same place as the dressing rooms, so there is a big confusion with who was queuing for what. There's definitely an organisational issue at this store.

My adult kids love this shop. I can't stand it to be honest. The configuration is all over the place....if selling shoes for instance, surely a section for shoes is the most sensible, not scattered through out?

The worst experience I have ever had! When you have any small issue you basically talk to a computerised chat bot who ask you to wait for 48 hours and then come back with the same answer which is a stock reply. They have no phone lines and don?t care. They have owed me money for months as they messed up the delivery but there have no intention to sort
