I ordered 2 chicken katsu curry and 1 spring box, but only half of the order arrived. I called Youme Sushi, but they claimed to have packed the full order and instructed me to contact Uber Eats. I contacted Uber Eats and spent 2 hours explaining the situation to both the bank and Uber Eats. They should refund my money and offer an apology for the inconvenience.

I buy a katsu curry for home, after the guy gave me attitude because I have a helmet on and he thought i am some delivery driver, he served me with a raw chicken, I discovered this when i came back home and i still don't understand how is it possible to make such a basic mistake..I don't care about the service, I understand that the guy hate his job but the chef needs to know how to cook. Especially when you can get seriously ill.

We randomly popped in for a quick snack and we ended up having an awesome lunch there. \nGreat food, fresh fish, shoutout to the amazing and lovely Chiara who helped us navigate through the menu. You're a star.

I started off as a fam of Youmesushi for the £10 deal but I've been a regular since! I ordered for myself and my family and they're still exceptional value and quality!\n\nHuge thanks to team lead Joanna, Dhandeep and the kitchen team! They provided an excellent service and took such good care of us and will definitely be back again!

£50+ order and no soy sauce.. maybe I am wrong.. I have never ordered sushi without soy and had to spend 20 mins going to the shop (after delivery) in order to enjoy what is actually pretty yummy food. I paid for delivery and could have gone and picked it up myself saving delivery cost plus the massive soy now sitting in my fridge?. \n\nGot offered 1 quid as compensation which I rejected (via Deliveroo) \n\nCan?t really blame Deliveroo as youmesushi walthamstow branch failed to provide the essential element of a sushi compliment ? (Ginger and wasabi present) \n\nI would be happy to improve the rating if I was offered some sympathy / apology / compensation - Deliveroo offered £1 - ONE POUND? \n\nThe food is good, however, if it doesn?t come ready to eat what?s the point. \n\nI did get FIVE pairs of chopsticks though? (meal for 2) \n\nLemme know if you guys want my custom again Pls

Ordered food via JustEat from this really, the food was late so I called the restaurant and they told me that the driver delivering the food works for JustEat and I need to contact them. The person on the phone was very unhelpful and rude. No sympathy whatsoever. I spoke to JustEat via online chat and they confirmed that this restaurant does indeed use their own drivers so it appears restaurant staff lied to me! I?m including the screenshot that confirms this. It?s such a shame as food is actually nice but the staff member who lied to me should be ashamed. At the end the food was 55min late!

You Me Sushi is my go to sushi place near work for take away. The place has a great variety - all options being tasty. You literally cannot go wrong as it is also a great value. The only thing to say is that this is not a restaurant. It is 100% a take away place, as I think they only have two tables outside on the pavement. Definitely try it out if you are in the area.

I?ve ordered from this place numerous times. I?m local to the area and the delivery guy Jason is especially cheerful and so so quick with delivery. My number one place for fresh sushi!

Ordered duck teriyaki but they were out of it ended up with Chicken soup. Nothing was correct about the chicken over cooked and rubbery the boiled egg had coloured it self. There was nothing fresh about it\n It was micro waves the noodles again dry and no taste at all. As the container says freshly cooked.

I ordered by UberEATS and Is one of the best sushi In London. I ordered all lot of sushi rolls special and was so good. The only thing that I didn?t liked is mix of gyoza . Was to cold. I will order for sure next week, without Gyoza. Very good job! Five star for you.

I ordered this evening, I asked for no noodles in my soup, I usually always get this. I received a soup with half the ingredients missing, packed to the brim with noodles, literally hardly anything else in there. I called to complain, the manager told me I am insulting him with my feedback, he did not apologise once, admitted the soup is prepacked and sitting on the shelf waiting for orders. I asked for his name to further my complaint, he REFUSED, I explained this is against consumer laws. He replied you are against the law ???? He hung up on me. I usually order once a week, I will not order again.

Not surprised to be also posting another negative review fir this chain given the all the terrible reviews left by unhappy customers whilst scrolling down.\n\nI have been ordering through their marllybone branch for Over a year and for months now through the app, for £6 you?d expect to have something decent to eat for lunch but instead, I got six tiny uramak that were nearly enough for my six year old, I mean for rice and some stuffing, give me a break. \n\nI spent £25 for few bits of rolled up rice and a crispy chicken salad, hardly value for money, to top it, I rang my order as I had an issue with ordering through the app and the lady taking my order was just arrogant and with no manners whatsoever... I?ll be asking my office of 400 staff including me to try somewhere else as it?s not worth the effort. Another shameful experience.

I visited the Earl?s Court branch today. They were extremely busy stayed outside for 14mins to pick up the order when we got home the chicken katsu curry was raw! It was disgusting as it was not cooked well enough. I complained to their Facebook team but they were least bothered! Do not recommend I?m sure there are many more other places where you can get decent food!

I had a terrible experience this week. I ordered rolls and gyoza that looked like they were prepared ages ago. The miso aubergine was very dark dripping in oil that must have been used to fry it hours/days before (the oil itself might have been reused..). \n\nThe food was so disgusting that we didn't eat it. Very frustrating as you'd expect rolls and sushis to be freshly made (or at least not until the food loses its colour).

We were staying at the Landmark Hotel and you me sushi was less than a 5 minute walk from the hotel. It is a take out restaurant mostly serving to delivroo and others. We ordered the chicken teriyaki and it was very average too much soy in the dish. Not very tasty. Will not be back.
