Paid deposit to Wren to lock in the price quoted (sale offers due to be revised the next day). Later decided to use another kitchen provider. Requested refund of deposit in accordance with the T&Cs. Failure to reply to 7 or 8 emails over a period of 1 month. Having to rely on my credit card provider to secure the refund.Essentially attempted theft of my money. Disgusted.

Still waiting to have our kitchen fully installed, due to a significant oversight which has cost us money and caused significant delays with our renovation! After a very poor experience with reps from ?Customer Service/Complaints?, they?ve decided to make a ?goodwill gesture? and replace the incompatible units! However, it is still unclear who will pay to install said units.

Myself and my partner bought our kitchen with help from Tiye, We were buying one for the first time, with no experience or real idea what we wanted. Tiye is outstanding. Really friendly, personable and helped bring together the practicality and vision. We fitted the kitchen ourselves, and for DIYers, the range was very user friendly to install. Few bits arrived with some minor damage (scuffs from delivery or minor manufacturing defects) but you simply go onto the app and reorder the parts and schedule a delivery. Could not be happier with the process and the outcome. Thank you - feel like we got great value for money and Tiye is an incredible asset to the company and deserves recognition for this.

Eleanor at Wren Kitchens Lakeside was excellent and designed us a lovely kitchen for our small space that made the most of the area we had. We couldn't be happier. We had supply only service and the quality of the kitchen is very good and so nice to have soft close features. Everything arrived on time and packaged well. After a botch-job installation wren have fought tooth and nail to not be involved. Fitter outright ghosting all attempts at communication, again, wren not interested in hearing about it.The single upside was the design process was fairly painless, looking at other reviews looks like we got lucky. Save your money, go elsewhere. Warned friends and family to avoid wren at all costs, I would advise you do the same too.
