This has been a mixed experience, group of 7 arrived Sunday evening for dinner was greeted and seated well. After ordering our food one of the waitresses walked to our table with our food dropped it on the table and walked away mumbling under her breath. This repeated twice more. At this point her behaviour was not something that could be ignored as this is not the first time eating at a Wagamama as well as working for the group years ago. This made us feel unwelcome as we watched her treat others differently. I asked to see a manager whom whole heartedly saved this dinner. I?m sorry I never got your name she wore glasses with short blonde hair. She offered us a desert on the house. Please take time when hiring. There?s a lot of people who need work but some have no care. Food was great and quick as usual.

I visited yesterday evening and was served my Jack Cowman, he was very attentive and friendly. My food was delicious and the service was even better. I can always rely on Jack and the waiters at Wagamama?s to ensure I have an amazing meal. Thank you so much Jack and team!

We love wagas lakeside! Especially during the week. The food comes out fast and hot! And their servers are on point too! Today Alex was a pleasure! Truly exceptional customer service from start to finish!
Kid-friendliness: They always make a point to have a friendly chat with the kids and find common ground - today we discovered we are all big Chelsea fans!!!!
