I would like to write a review for Vision Express, Thurrock Lakeside Shopping Centre, the optical company where I had my eye test for my new glasses, and especially for Mimi, the sales and reception lady. She helped me with great calm, patience, and professionalism to choose the frame that suited me best.

I had an annual eye test last Sunday 18/8/24 and it was a very professional experience with all the staff. I was amazed at all the new equipments and the tests they carried out. They said they suspected a narrowed nerve in the left eye and I had to redo the tests again just to make sure. I?m so be back in 6-months just to be doubly sure it?s not a progression. I am very happy with their standards.

Won?t be returning! Had an eye test at Romford went to lakeside for a prescription which was wrong! Wasn?t treated very well but staff so will certainly be getting my eye test elsewhere!

I came into your lakeside store and had an eye examination where I was told about the problems with my vision, the gentleman said how this could be overcome and booked an appointment for me to see a specialist.
He then introduced me to a lady in the showroom who firstly guided me through the different options of frames, after we found the correct size and style she then went on to help me choose the right lens's with great care and professionalism.
I would have no problem in recommending both the optician and the sales associate whose name was Elena for the way I was treated by Vision Express.
