Had a bad experience today with Stephen, try to return a plastic pvc trunking. He did not accept it back as was slightly wet from outside frost. Although is just plastic.

Just terrible service, woman behind counter talking about her problems with her PC, ignoring the queue, when she finally looked over to serve, she was rude and unhelpful... amazing in this day and age with people moaning about can't get a job! Sort it out Toolstation, it's your reputation she was is trashing, not her own
