Poorest customer service. Even after making an appointment and showing up on time other customers are served beforehand. No explanation given, when I ask for the waiting time no response, no apologies. My nail chipped days after I had it done previously and this time they started removing my nails and dropped me in the middle of it for another customer. Will never come here again!

I would highly recommend TLC Nails, I have been coming for a few years on and off, benefiting from £5 off today through their generous loyalty scheme.
Lee gave amazing service today, checking I was happy, during every step of the process during my SNS infil. Always have an amazing experience at TLC no matter what. Been going every month since September 2023 with my mum. We both get our nails and eyebrows done and never have any faults. The staff are always so friendly and nothing is ever too much trouble, which makes such a difference for someone like me with anxiety. Quality is always amazing and our nails last for weeks. Overall I can?t fault anything we have never had a bad experience and always look forward to our appointments. Can?t wait to go back. ?

Colour on nails started to go a mouldy brown colour! Was not happy with the person that done it, complained and was told it could be bleach! Or an old nail polish I had Biab, asked for a refund, was offered a gift voucher and they will put it right! No thank you keep the 28.00 I will go somewhere that has decent bush and more room! Also my cuticles and nails are sore!
