Worse key maker shop ever. Once i came for the new key and they made wrong one, had to go back again for the new one ( i don't live very close so it takes time to get there). Now is my second time i experienced the same situation with the same shop, made a new key, and again something wrong, i came back today and again made wrong one. Never ever again, avoid this shop.

I wanted to leave a little note to say thank you very much to Danny. I arrived just before closing time and needed my shoes to be heeled. Within 10 minutes he had fixed them, no trouble at all. Thank you very much I can now spring into work!

I took my watch in to Timpsons at Lakeside Tesco for a new battery. They quoted me £94.50, which is ridiculous (I had a similar experience at the Watch Doctor). So I took my watch to my independent jewellers in Stanford-le-Hope, and he only charged me £9 and checked the seals as well.
Sorry Timpsons, but you a ripping people off. To other customers - try your local jewellers first!

I ordered 6 security keys which was quite expensive at £110. They told me they would be about 3 days and would phone me when they came in. 8 days later I phoned them and was told they would phone back as wasn't sure where they were and needed to find them. They did phone me back later that day to say they had found them and was ready to collect. They keys were fine and work great once I finally received them.

Dont bother if you need your shoes repaired unless its something very minor. Fella there just couldn't be bothered said his machine not be able to do my boots. Phone A1 shoe repairs in Grays asked me for pictures whatsapp, after replied that 90-100% doable 10£ for the pair withing the hour Result.

Just had the most excellent service off a gentleman named Danny, help us out in our hour of need as we had travelled from Manchester, nothing was to much trouble for him. Couldn't recommend this timpson highly enough.

Do not shop from here they broke my key and the guy in store is lieng and denying it. I am very upset as my car is new and the key is broken. They are scammers and lie and not do nothing i advice noone to go here. The guy with long hair has got alot of attitude and lies.
