First time visiting today and Bridie made me feel so welcome, confident and created an amazing new look for my hair.
I left the decision up to Bridie on what she did, how much she snipped and what design I had and I am over the moon with the outcome.
Baliage with around 4inchs off and layers added.
Would highly recommend the salon. I overheard other stylists with their clients and each stylist made their client feel like the only person that mattered. Well done ladies, cannot wait to visit again soon.

I went to Raines today for the first time for a pamper day. The salon is absolutely lovely and very relaxing.Everyone is so helpful and friendly.I really enjoyed my pamper day and am over the moon with the treatments I received today by Raine. Would just like to say thank you to Chelsea for doing my highlights and cut last week? the first time in a long time someone has managed to cut my hair straight! Last week I had a trim (bob style) in there. My hair was washed and cut, then I've mentioned so many times that as my hair is too thick and high density, please thin and feather the bottom of my hair, otherwise I will look awfull. The lady rough dried my hair and thinned my hair. She showed me my hair and asked if it's fine, as I have a wavy thick hair, when I do rough dry, the style doesn't show that much, so I said it's fine and paid and that's it. Any other places which I went for haircut over the last couple of years, they say as I have too much hair, they have to straighten my hair to make sure the style is ok. Now when I straighten my hair, it looks really bad, some parts are longer than the other and even today one mum in school asked me if I did cut my hair myself, as the back looks like I just chopped it. My husband said the same but I've thought it's a man compliment so ignored him. Now I know how bad my hair looks and everyone told me to go back and ask them to fix it. But I would never never go back there as an experienced hairdresser should know thick wavy hair haircut is not as easy as thin hairService: Hairstyling

Had an amazing experience here. I?m not a massive fan of having my haircut as I don?t always feel like I get what I want. However I had Jess doing my hair here and she was amazing I?ve got the haircut I wanted and it?s really enjoyable experience very relaxing and good value as well.

The ultimate treatment for Brazilian keratin blow dry it's too expensive for the results. £135 should last at least 3 months but they put the treatment on for 45 minutes, washed off then blow dry and straighteness, I waited 6 days before I washed my hair at home with sulfate free shampoo and when it's dried it freezes as it was before the treatment, it's not worth it. It doesn't work.
