Love my local tesco extra ? lots of disabled parking available. Plenty of shopping trolleys ?(unlike another nearby supermarket that never has any trolleys or good parking. Safe location. No issues going alone at late night.

Forever favourite Tesco doesn?t matter if it?s extra, or express. I always feel comfortable to do shopping from there where I can easily find everything in one superstore. Lakeside Tesco express has beautiful fnf collections. Such a lovely environment. Staffs are so friendly and helpful.

The shop itself is 5 stars to me, the staff 4, the people in the car park 2. People park where they like and even blocked us in a wheelchair space by parking on the lines so they had a closer spot. Do staff care?? No

I have attempted to return an item at this store on two separate occasions over the past two weeks. On both visits, I was informed that the returns system was not functioning. My most recent visit occurred on Thursday, 16th May 2025 at approximately 7:20 PM.
During this visit, I was assisted by a member of staff?an older woman with glasses and short hair. Her attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. When I explained that I would like to return an item, she curtly responded that the system was down, without offering any explanation as to when it might be operational again or suggesting an alternative course of action.
In addition, she made an unnecessary and condescending remark regarding the condition of the item, stating, ?Can you make sure you fold your clothes nicely, please, as it needs to be in a resealable condition.? She also implied that the item appeared to have been worn multiple times. This was not only inaccurate, but also inappropriate. The dress had only been tried on once at home and had been stored carefully in my car in the same condition as it was purchased.
The overall tone and manner in which I was spoken to were dismissive, undermining, and frankly unacceptable. As a regular Tesco customer, I am disappointed by the lack of professionalism and basic courtesy demonstrated by a member of your staff.
I would appreciate it if this matter could be investigated and addressed appropriately. I would also like to be informed as to when the returns system at this branch is expected to be operational, as I am still awaiting the opportunity to return my item.

Ordered travel money , email said to collect after 3pm . Arrived at 6.30pm to find it was closed . Emails should tell you opening times . Wasted journey .
