?I had a Click & Collect mix-up today and just want to say a huge thank you to the manager at Tesco Chafford Hundred. She went out of her way to help me even though it wasn?t her store?s responsibility anymore. That kind of kindness and customer care is rare and really appreciated. She didn?t have to help ? but she did. What a lovely person.?

There was a woman at the counter on the 25/06/2025 @ 7:40am buying a drink and high she said she is not going to approve of it. Didn?t ask of my ID or anything and a felt it was racism

Great little shop that is open long hours. There is some parking immediately outside the store but can get very busy.
There is a Evri postage label printing machine which works off the bar code you may have after you have paid for your postage. Thiis printing facility is very handy, saves me having to print it myself at home.
Once you have the label, hand the package to the server at the counter and put your name and email address into the hand scanner. You are then automatically emailed a postal receipt with a tracking number.

Every time I visit this Tesco, I find the staff rude and miserable and the Evri print machine never works, apparently hasn't been working for a few months, why have it,? It's on Evri website as available.I'll go to another Tesco from now on where staff will hopefully be more friendly and pilot

There are lovely people working there, but there is one lady that ruins it for everyone else, everytime I bring Evri package to drop off, she tells me "we can't take it, there's no space" and this is because she's too lazy and can't be bothered to help!!!!! AWFUL if she doesn't want to work let her stay home!!!!

Usually good but going down hill. I asked the manager why certain products have been discontinued in favour of more expensive options and his reply was that this was now a Tesco Finest store and can make more money selling more expensive products. He was rude and said that customers will just buy them anyway. Chiller has been out of order for weeks as well. There are better and cheaper shops in the area.
