Not coming to this Tesco anymore came in on New Year?s Day for a few bits, this young lad obviously had the hump he had to work on New Year?s Day, didn?t even greet me or the customer in front of me, didn?t even say how much the shopping was didn?t say a word to me with a face like a smacked arse, I hope someone else complained about him! So so rude, to the manager but he didn?t do anything while I was there

I love fresh bakery every morning, especially Sundays when I go to work, but recently there's no bakery. Please tell me what's going on; I don't know if anyone has noticed this. This is really bad; can you start the morning fresh bakery? thanks.

This place has really gone downhill in the last few months or so. I don't know if theyve changed management, but most of the staff there now have an absolutely awful attitude. They're so rude, especially if you have a minor complaint. Most of the stock in there has about 2 days on it if you're lucky.. I've bought meat there that when I opened it it was rotten, putrid. I was extremely polite, and really didn't think there would be a problem in swapping it for something hopefully fresh, or reasonably.. Was told no because I didn't ask for the receipt, yet I'm in there every other day.
I'm pretty sure they're gonna get sued soon, this lot are a bunch of clowns.

Not the first time I have encountered rude staff in this tesco but unfortunately I have to return as its the closest one to my home. Ive never seen anyone as miserable as the employee with the name tag "Naz" no hello even after I greeted her, a look of "I hate my job and all the customers in here" and 0 customer service. Whats the point of hiring people like this? And whats the point of staying in a job you clearly hate? Tesco, train your staff properly please

Using the cost of inflation as an excuse to hike prices as and when they see fit, pretty sure you make enough to not do that, comes across so greedy it makes people sick not to mention forcing people to sign up to clubcards to get the "better price" when they were that originally in fact you hiked those too...needs to be investigated by the regulation authority..staff are nice even though overworked to say the least.

Shocking customer service at 17.40 February 19th 2021. A queue at checkouts. The cashier calls a member of staff to help. She apologies to the other member of staff from calling her to checkouts because she knows she is busy but customers won't use the self checkout. The second member of staff coming off the floor says ' i understand. Its not your fault if THEY won't use the self checkout'. What has the world come to when a customer who is waiting to pay for their purchases is an inconvenience. Well done Tesco on your Customer Service training.

Great place, open until 23:00 all day every day, has a large selection of food and drinks, along with things like cleaning products and pet care.
