Brand range of items, maybe a little bit overpriced, there's is a points system if you have the superdrug card called health and beauty, staff always friendly and helpful, they tend to have deals on alot which is great, amd a broad range of makeup

I had a lovely experience in Superdrug today, thanks to a lovely lady called Khadiza on the perfume counter. She was so helpful and patient with my indecisive decision making, on what scent would best suit me. She offered me a few options once I described the kind of scent I liked. She has a very warm nature which made a small thing like choosing perfume enjoyable. Sometimes the quiet ones are the hidden gems. I hope she is recognised for her genuine kindness ?

Staff was rude and intimidating! Got in there and they have a great amount of stock with good discounts, the staff was talking in their own language laughing and looking towards us , we couldn?t understand them but you could they was mocking us , found this very rude and insulting to be honest .

Extremely disappointed by the service i received on 27/01/2025 between 20:30 & 21:00. The lady in makeup aisle didn?t really seem happy to help us. Didn?t have samples for one of the elf cc cream. I asked her to check the stockroom to see if they have any samples there but was told they don?t keep any samples in the back. I then asked her to check the makeup-stand stand drawers. She replied back saying again that they don?t keep any samples in the drawers either. I then asked her to ask her manager, she refused it. I would have bought more products but didn't due to the poor customer service i received. I know it was the last hour thats why she didn't want to help us. This is the second time that i experienced this at lakeside branch. I will not go there again. The management must train and invest on their staff training.

I couldn't find the product I was looking for which was a recommendation from a friend who advised that I can purchase it from Superdrug. The lady on the shop floor was so courteous and helpful, she walked me to the section and tried to find it. When we both realised the product was not in stock, she advised me to go to another local store (not a Superdrug store) that stocks them. An absolute star. I was impressed that she didn't force me to buy an alternative that they had but advised me on what I wanted.
I'm sorry I didn't take her name, but she was a petite lady.

I had the pleasure of receiving travel vaccinations from Bola today, and I can't express enough how wonderful my experience was. From the moment I walked in, her warm demeanour and welcoming smile instantly put me at ease.

Lovely store lovely staff,there was a young lady who has a hijab ,I'm so sorry i don't know her name,she helped me out when I was looking for my first powder foundation, helping me out by telling me which suited me and tested the shades out.date 14/4/2024,in the Rimmel London section at around 17:20.Please tell the staff and ask who it was.Give them a lot of thanks.Best customer service I have experienced as even though there were not testers available for the elf brand she took me to the Rimmel London section.Please tell her thank you.?

Good size store. Can find many toiletries products and personal care products including a limited amount of supplements (vitamins), however prices have increased quite a lot in the last 6 months so, would advise to wait on offers for some products.
