Asked for a couple of inches off and agree with the amount showed before cutting. Ended up losing about 7 inches of hair. I had hair nearly to my bum which took years to grow, now it just about touches my shoulders. Quite a sad experience as I hate having short hair. Will not be coming here again

Haircuts were ok but paid around £100 for 3 wash and cuts (no blow dry) for myself and my 2 young daughters. Seems a bit expensive and didn?t know how much they were going to charge til the end. Definitely will not be going back.Service: Kids' cuts

Great service was able to wash and cut my daughters hair at short notice. The stylist was very helpful and my daughter was at ease in her chair.

Horrible place, I received the message that I should go to the place for a haircut and I had to wait for 45mins. The stylists behaved without respect in a horrible way. I would not recommend that place to anyone.

Average cut for my daughter.At the time we attended, the shop was empty with three staff standing around near the back of the salon chatting. Although about 5min earlier, we had popped into the sister salon Regis, downstairs. This on the other hand was full of customers and fully booked for the week ahead.Makes you wonder why?!

The guy was still learning or just really bad at cutting hair.Either way I didn't find that out until he had finished what is probably the worst hair cut I have ever had.He butchered it, its all different lengths, some bits he didn't cut, others parts he hasn't cut straight. I will never use lakeside supercuts or supercuts in general again.Service: Hairstyling

My experience at Supercuts lived up to my satisfaction from Freddy who was my hairstylist on Monday 31st October 2022. I personally requested that for my ideal look was to get myself a new hairstyle being a 'side parting with a skin fade'. The service he provided was very professional and friendly from someone who is young and potentially gifted which leaves room for greater enhancement to uplift and promote his career.
