Mixed review here - spoke with two members of staff.
Spoke with Sim - she was very helpful and helped address my issues and concerns - 5 star for Sim for sure.
Another colleague in the store who i asked multiple questions to was clearly not interested in helping out.

Went to check up for my eye test today. Optician was polite and kind but not good service from the manager and other staff. I am entitled for NHS glasses upto £50 but choice are very low. Most of the reasonable glasses are quite expensive and prices upto more than £100. If you ask them any recommendations they will show you the expensive one. Manager is not even friendly. I used to before go specsaver East ham branch. Service is better than there. I think glasses prices are bit cheaper there. Next I should check my eye test there.

I have used Thurrock Branch for over 15 years. Monitored me for onset of Cataracts then nominated me for treatment a couple of years ago. Over 15 years I have bought new replacement lenses and or frames, whatever I preferred and always impressed with the testing carried out

The team were excellent, I'd highly recommend this branch. Millie did a great job and was extremely attentive, double checking and adjusting the measurements. The extra effort resulted in the best fitted pair of glasses I've owned, which is massively appreciated.
