Never got told it cost money I thought was free but the paid for glasses , also after the test the man didn?t help me look at glasses he just put the clipboard down and spoke to other people

The staff is friendly and polite. Done the check and new glasses on June. The first pair was not good at all, I was not able to see and gave me head ache for the few days that I kept them on. The other pair is still not good at all. One of the lenses kept moving every time I was cleaning it. Went so many times to fix it. They tried but nothing. Yesterday went again after so many times and the boy tried to fix it. Now are moving both lenses and making a squiky bed noise. The boy, after checking with someone else, said that this is the noise that the glasses must make otherwise they are not good. Came back home and checked the previous glasses, they don't make any noise and lenses don't move at all. What to do now??!!

Always a great experience when getting my eyes tested and getting new glasses when needed. Excellent service from all staff and never kept waiting for too long. Great communication when it come to being due for check ups, appointments etc. Highly recommend.

I went in to purchase new glasses as my ones were scratched beyond repair (due to my line of work). The staff were super friendly and my 2 new pairs of glasses came very quickly. They were super caring and took their time when it came to fitting them and tightening them for me to suit my needs. I would definitely recommend this store and their freidnly team!

My eye sight changes year by year due to my illness and not my actual eyes.
Specsavers grays essex are a very friendly team and welcoming.
They advice you on what is best for their customers needs.
I paid an extra £10 for a full eye scan of which is so worth it.
There is an amazing choice of glasses, I opt for contact lenses but when I had a day to try putting them in with a team member I failed so was not allowed them.
I have used a pair of my favourite driving distance sun glasses to have verifocal lenses put in.

I had a great experience in the Specsavers store yesterday. Sachin and team really went over and beyond to help me fix my glasses. I initially came in just to see if I needed to get a new pair but leaving with repaired glasses on the same day was a pleasant surprise. A big thank you to everyone in the branch.
