First time visiting Grays area and was able to get an appointment immediately. Throughout the process, staff and the optician were excellent. Although I live in IG2 area, but will travel to Grays for my future appointments. One negative point, prices are way too high, despite BOGOF offer. Some online companies doing better specs for much cheaper price.

Convenient location in Grays shopping mall, plenty of parking locally. Team were organised and efficient, and ready for me at my booked appointment time. I was there for a hearing test and actually found the noise level outside the test room a little distracting. Had it not been for that I'd have awarded 5 stars.
