Very disappointed in the product I bought. I went into the store today to buy some things for my child they pointed out a toy and I bought it. As we left they were smiling and excited but as we got home she tried using it and it was not even worth it. The charms weren?t going on but bouncing off. The product itself was very brake able and frankly unusable. I?m very disappointed in the quality of the product. Though the staff was very polite. I recommend their service and bags as such but not their self-made toys.

I dont go often as most items are for children or 'feminine' in appeal.Also, they are unnecessarily expensive.

Went there to get some essentials for my son and there was a black lady with glasses and she was extremely rude and made me fill embarrassed wouldn?t recommend go here very bad customer service I put down a lunch box and back pack

Michelle was a superstar. The pencil case my son wanted wasn't on display, but she went to check in the store room and found one. Superb, highly recommended.

I had a very rude server when I went to return a backpack I'd purchased from them. While my friend was asking for the refund, the server and another employee were making comments. Apparently they have a problem with people returning items. Also, the items are very overpriced.

We visited the store today at 7:30pm and asked them are they closing said at 8pm and they were so upset seeing us . my daughter was excited for her present and she found soon but when we went to pay at counter there was an unhappy girl who did not attend properly first she didnt response talking with other girl then i said two times to take money from me and let us go then she took money but did not say thanks . it was very bad customer service never experienced before at any of smiggle store.

I came here just before Christmas. I needed to do an exchange on a faulty item from another Smiggle store and the staff were so sweet and friendly. Then my daughter lost her Smiggle backpack in another store so a member of the public handed it in here and we were able to recover it with all of her shopping inside. I was very grateful that the staff members held on to the backpack and remembered us from earlier. We got so many great bargains with the in-store discounts as well. 10/10 shopping experience.

i went to the lakeside branch the staff was extremely rude & racist i am from middle east i bought a bottle and when my sister saw she liked it and we went again my sister was wearing hijaab she bought the bottle for her son and the team member asked me to show me raciept for the bottle i bought an hour ago and i did she said ok u can go like what the hell i can buy 1000 bottles at once and you?re blaming me for an £8 bottle this kind of behaviour is unacceptable and extremely racist i would suggest smiggle please the staff needs learn how to treat customers no matters where they from and how they look you dont know about anyone before putting blams ! very disappointed
