I have been with sky nails over the last couple of years i also bring my clients from a care home to be pampered ' I must say all the staff are caring considerate and very passionate on there work we have no complaints I fact only praise such a good service

I have been coming here for over 17 years and I have never been disappointed with my nails. I move from Grays to Dunmow 3 years ago and still have my nails done here (it is worth the 2 hour round trip). Love Amy and her team. Nothing is too much trouble for them.

Did exactly what I wanted and so welcoming and lovely couldn?t recommend enough so professional Katie and her mum are absolutely lovely. So artistic my nails still look fab nearly 3 weeks on. Will definitely be back. ??

Loved my nails here and got introduced to a lash lift and tint which was amazing never thought my lashes could be like that. Definitely recommend no other nail shop like this in GRAYS.

My experience here Was Brilliant Always Reccomend I Normally Come Here As The Staff And Nail Technicians Are Lovely And Polite Always Have the Time For There Customers Especially When You Have Your Young Ones In There With You! My Little Girl Is 4 And She Has Her Nails Painted And They Make Her Experience Make Her Feel Special Everytime We Visit I Highly Reccomend Here,

Had to do half the service myself basically. I got my eyebrows and upper lip waxed as I desperately needed it and I usually go else where but had to rely on this place as it was local and the only one open. There was quite a bit hair left on my brows and upper lip and when asked if they could remove it, the attitude of the ladies were unpleasant, they tried to convince there was no hair there although I could clearly see there was. I also apologised because I didn?t want to come across fussy but I am paying for this service. I would recommend you go elsewhere. When I told the lady I usually go to another place in town she said ?well I guess you?ve had to learn your lesson? very unprofessional and unpleasant. I had to pluck it myself in the shop with the tweezers and it was very obvious this annoyed them although they clearly did not want to fix it themselves. Rude and unprofessional. Save your money and go elsewhere or do it yourself! There?s many other places local who provide a great and friendly service.

Horrible horrible service. Had to go into the salon to fix my nail twice. Rude lady one of them. Went in due to peeling issues twice. She tried to fix it but oh my goodness she didn?t even clean up the previous coats. Didn?t even buffer it to smoothen it out. She applied the polish on top of previous clusters. Had to tell her off there and then. NEVER GOING BACK!So rude as well. Blaming me for peeling, like how can I possibly make nail polishes peel. never gain sky nails. Hope the business shuts down because this is a scam.

Worst experience ever getting my nails done. Had my toenails and finger nails done, such a rushed job, she didn't allow the coats to dry properly it caused the gel to lift and bubble. I got an infection in my toe and have had to seek medical help I am in so much pain.
