I have been visiting Sia Beauty and the amazing Jyoti for many years! Wow! What an amazing experience, from first class customer service, and precision, I have the best eyebrow wax and tint in the South-East! We actually travel from Whitstable, Kent for the experience with Jyoti, not only is she the best and brilliant at what she does, she makes me feel so at ease and left with the BEST eyebrows! ? I would definitely recommend to everyone!

I arrived just as Sia beauty was closing. I explained to the girl on duty that I needed my eyebrows done for graduation. The girl serving was not very sympathetic when I asked for my eyebrows threaded, I pleaded and even offered to pay extra but she would not budge. It would have only taken 5 mins of her time. So I will not be using Sia beauty in the future, even in desperation like today. ??

I have used these many times before and most of the time they are very good. Today I had a girl I have never seen before. She rushed it and now I have a chunk out of one eyebrow and one bigger than the other . Not happy !

Requested style: I asked for C curl instead of D curl as I never liked the D curl on me.
However, many beauticians in the past had denied my request for C curl because of my lashes naturally being quite curly, they say no I have to have a D curl and I leave with lashes I am not overly happy with however Jyoty not only welcomed my requested style but she loved working with my lashes and gave me a style I?ve always dreamed of having and performed them beautifully so fast, within 45 minutes. Very happy with her service, thank you so much

I recently got my eyelashes extended by Jyoty, and I couldn't be happier with the results! They look absolutely gorgeous and have added such a glamorous touch to my appearance. Bishan (5stars) is so perfect in doing eyebrows and tinting and nails since 7years, So good and perfectionist and is very good in customer receiving!
Had bad experience with Jyothi (0 stars) always i find her being careless and dont bother to respond well, Always busy on phone and she dosent like when i said that you dint do my eyebrows well!

after reading reviews here and being recommended sia My friend in Croydon, I decided to take the plunge at Lakeside as it?s closer to me. I had really thick eyebrows on grew them back for three months Jyoty Served me and I asked her to give me a sharp Shape but maintaining the thickness and she did a very good job however I still need to come back in order to get a better shape. It was a good experience.
